2. Description of Service

kwiklern is an AI-powered platform that helps SaaS founders and marketers generate platform-native social media posts. The Service analyzes your product information and creates content optimized for various social media platforms including Reddit, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, and Facebook.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: No post generation capabilities. Access to view the platform only.

Pro Plan ($9.99/month): Generate up to 5 posts per platform per day with 7-day free trial.

Premium Plan ($19.99/month): Unlimited post generations with 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access the Service's underlying technology
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain all rights to the content you input into the Service. The AI-generated content created by the Service is provided to you for your use. However, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before posting.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated content will achieve specific results or engagement
  • All content will be accurate or appropriate for your needs

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kwiklern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial for Pro and Premium plans. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial period, all payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
